Official Language

The official language of the Blue Economy conference is English. Translation and interpreting services will not be available

Dress Code

We encourage participants to dress comfortably in business casual attire. Meeting room temperatures may vary, so wear layered clothing to ensure your personal comfort.

Special Instructions

Please arrive at the conference room at least 30 minutes before your session begins at the International Blue Economy Event 2026. There may be changes to the conference program, for which participants will be notified in a timely manner. Free Wi-Fi is available in the conference room; however, electrical outlets will not be accessible for safety reasons. As a courtesy to speakers and other participants, please turn your mobile phones to silent before entering sessions. The event will be photographed, so if you are taking photos, ensure your flash is off. The distribution of advertising messages in any form is strictly prohibited, except for exhibitors and sponsors

A visa is required to enter India unless you are a citizen of a country that is exempt under India’s visa/entry permit rules. Participants who are not eligible for visa-exemption must obtain the appropriate Indian visa by applying through the nearest Indian Embassy, Consulate, or an authorized visa agent in their country of residence.

Invitation Letter

If you require a letter of invitation for your visa application, please submit a request for a letter of invitation.

At least one of the following criteria must be met in order to honour the request for a letter of invitation. The requesting party must either:

• Be an author of an accepted submission (oral presentation)
• Have paid the registration fee, in full, for this conference.
